1. Definitions & Acceptance

“The academy” means Mostaqbal Yad Beyd Academy for Higher Training, “the platform” this website and its online services, and “trainee” anyone who enrolls in a program or course. By using the platform or completing a payment you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Our Services

The academy provides technical and administrative training programs and courses, online and on-site, supervised by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (license No. 19187335025056) and the National eLearning Center, taught by certified trainers. Each course page states its content, duration, schedule, fees and certificate.

3. Account & Enrollment

Trainees must give accurate details that match their national ID or iqama, as the certificate is issued with them. Trainees keep their login details confidential and may not share their account or attend sessions on someone else’s behalf.

4. Prices & Fees

Prices are shown in Saudi riyals on each course page and at checkout, including VAT where it applies. The price shown when you pay is the one that applies; some courses can be paid in installments under a plan agreed before enrollment.

5. Payment & Security

Payment is made online through a payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank, with the cards it supports such as mada, Visa and Mastercard. The academy does not keep your card details: they are processed directly by the gateway under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), and you receive a confirmation of the transaction.

6. How the Service Is Delivered

The service is digital and delivered through the platform; nothing physical is shipped. Once payment is confirmed:

• Your enrollment is activated within two working days at most, and you receive an email with the session schedule and how to join.
• You attend the live sessions from your account at their scheduled times, and their recordings stay available for review for the length of the course.
• The certificate is issued electronically once you complete the course and meet its attendance and exam requirements, and it can be verified on the platform.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel and get a full refund within seven days of payment, provided the course has not started and you have not used its content, under the E-Commerce Law. The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains every case, how to apply and how long refunds take.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content — text, training material, recordings, logos and designs — belongs to the academy and is protected by intellectual property law; it may not be copied, recorded or published without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The academy is not liable for indirect damages arising from using the platform, or from it being unavailable for reasons beyond its control, to the extent the law allows.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and the Personal Data Protection Law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Saudi courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

The academy may update these Terms and will show the date of the update on this page; changes do not apply to payments made before them.
