Mostaqbal Yad Beyd Academy for Higher Training, as the controller of your data, is committed to protecting the privacy of its trainees, trainers and partners under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use and protect it.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data needed to provide the service:

• Registration details: name, mobile number, email, national ID or iqama number, and education level.
• Training records: attendance, exam results, course progress and certificates.
• Usage data: IP address, device and browser type, and sign-in logs.
• Payment data: only the transaction reference, status and amount — never card details.

3. Payment Data

You enter your card details on the page of a payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank, which processes them directly under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). They never reach the academy and are not stored by it.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to enroll you in programs and courses, complete payments, follow your attendance, progress and exams, issue and verify certificates, contact you about schedules and updates, and meet the regulatory requirements of the supervising bodies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only as needed with the trainers assigned to you, the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and the National eLearning Center as supervision and accreditation require, the payment gateway to complete your payments, and the technical providers that run the platform under confidentiality obligations.

6. Browser Storage

The platform keeps your language preference, sign-in session and the courses you added to your cart or favorites on your device to make it easier to use. We do not use advertising trackers, and you can clear this data from your browser settings at any time.

7. How Long We Keep Data

We keep your data while your account is active, and for as long as the law requires for training records and certificates so they can be verified; it is then deleted or anonymized securely.

8. Data Security

Data travels encrypted over HTTPS, access is limited to authorized staff, and security measures protect it from unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.

9. Your Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to know how your data is processed, to access it and get a copy, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent. We reply to your request within thirty days.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy and will show the date of the update on this page; we will tell you by email about any significant change.
