Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers the fees of programs and courses paid through the Mostaqbal Yad Beyd Academy platform. It complements the Terms & Conditions and applies under the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

2. Cancelling Within Seven Days

You may cancel your enrollment and get the fees you paid back in full within seven (7) days of payment, provided that:

• the course has not started;
• you have not attended any session or accessed the course content or recordings.

3. After the Course Starts

Fees are not refunded once the course has started or you have used it by attending sessions or accessing its content, except in the cases in the next two sections. If needed, you can ask to move to a later intake of the same course, subject to available seats.

4. If the Academy Cancels or Postpones

If the academy cancels the course or postpones its start, or cannot deliver the service for a reason on its side, you may choose a full refund or a move to another course or date at no extra cost.

5. Duplicate or Mistaken Payments

Any amount paid more than once for the same course, or paid by mistake because of a technical fault, is refunded in full once verified.

6. Installments

If you cancel within the period in section 2, the installments you paid are refunded and the remaining ones are cancelled. Once the course has started, the agreed installments remain due under the plan.

7. How to Apply

Send your cancellation or refund request to info@mustaqbal-yadbyad.sa or on WhatsApp at +966 50 352 2708, with:

• your full name and the mobile number registered on the platform;
• the course name and the payment date;
• the payment reference or a copy of the payment confirmation.

8. Refund Timing & Method

We reply to your request within three working days. Once approved, the amount goes back to the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 to 14 working days; when it shows in your account depends on the bank that issued your card.
